A black plastic feeder designed for 2 frames, suitable for Langstroth 1/1. This pocket feeder is crafted to match the height of a Langstroth super (232 mm) and is ideal for winter feeding of production colonies with sugar syrup. It is also suitable for feeding swarms and packages. For nucs, sugar paste or candy is recommended. The optimal sugar-to-water syrup ratio is 3:2.
Plastic 2-frame feeders provide an efficient and practical way to feed bee colonies. The inner surface is textured, allowing bees to cling securely. For weaker colonies and nucs, a float is recommended to reduce the risk of drowning.
