Return and Refund Policy
You may return any product purchased through www.flugo.net within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Please notify us of your intent to return by email: info@flugo.cz. You may use our official withdrawal form (Annex 2 of our Terms & Conditions) or any clear written statement.

Return Shipping Costs
- If you return items because of a change of mind, you will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, incorrect, or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
If you chose a more expensive delivery method during purchase, the refund will only cover the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refund Exceptions
You may not withdraw from the contract or request a refund in the following cases:
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods or sealed goods unsealed after delivery
- Items returned in damaged or used condition beyond what is necessary to test them
