Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website www.flugo.net and the purchase of products from FLUGO EXIM s.r.o., Company ID No.: 27184943, with its registered office at Kurta Hubera 1075/27, 196 00 Prague-Čakovice, Czech Republic.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Contract Formation

• A purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
• The contract is available only in Czech.
• Orders are placed remotely via our online store.
• Before confirming an order, you must agree to these Terms.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices include VAT and are displayed in EUR or CZK.
• Payment methods accepted:
• Online card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank transfer
• Cash upon personal pickup
• The total price includes the price of goods and the delivery fee.

4. Delivery

• Standard delivery time is up to 30 days, typically 3 working days (up to 1 week for islands).
• Delivery options include courier services, personal pickup, or pickup from partner locations.
• The risk of damage passes to you upon delivery.
• If delivery is not accepted without justification, we may charge for storage and cancel the contract.

5. User Account

• Users may create a personal account to manage orders and information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We may deactivate inactive accounts or accounts that violate our Terms.

6. Returns & Withdrawal

• Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• To withdraw, send written notice (email or letter). You may use our withdrawal form.
• Goods must be returned in unused condition within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Defects and Complaints

• We guarantee goods are free from defects upon delivery.
• If the product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, a discount, or a refund.
• You must report defects promptly and no later than 24 months after delivery (for consumers).
• Business customers must report defects within 3 days.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Consumer disputes can be resolved out of court via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

9. Governing Law

• All contracts and legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
• Your rights as a consumer under applicable law remain unaffected.
