FLUGO EXIM s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Company”)
We operate an online store at www.flugo.net.
To provide goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal compliance.
Retention period: During service provision and 20 years thereafter.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communication)
If you are a customer and didn’t opt out during purchase, we may use your email to send newsletters.
Legal basis: Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. (Czech law).
Retention period: Up to 20 years after your last purchase. You may unsubscribe anytime via email or by contacting us at info@medslaskou.cz.

Your data remains with us. However, the following parties may access it to help us run the online store:
